Being Super Quantum
2017 / 3 Months / ENSCI – Les Ateliers / Paris
Dead and alive? The phenomenon of quantum superposition was first discovered by the famous Austrian physicist Erwin Schrödinger in 1935. His thought experiment the Schrödinger’s Cat describes a paradox scenario in which a cat can be simultaneously dead and alive. My movie Being super quantum aims to explain the hidden quantum mechanics and conditions which enable this paradox to happen through a theatre of objects.
The aim of this project was to communicate complex phenomena of quantum physics to a public audience and make it accessible to various usages.
