Design Research

In his practice, Simon is addressing our society’s most pressing questions arising from shifting socio-political landscapes, urban density and migration, by critical and interventionist means. Consequently, his theoretical research meets with an extended design approach based on profound analysis and understanding of the intertwining of socio-political narratives and their representation in the applied arts. Throughout his work, he is aiming to amplify, re-design and co-create proposals for alternative futures.
